Objectives:

• Reduce energy consumption and minimise emissions in daily operations and on-site work.
• Use sustainable materials where possible and encourage suppliers to adopt greener pratices.
• Reduce construction waste by recycling materials and ensuring proper disposal of non- recyclable waste.

Responsibilities:

• Employees: Should follow environmental practices and use materials and equipment responsibly. They should report any concerns regarding the environmental impact of a project.
• Management: Implement and oversee environmental strategies, including regular reviews of our carbon footprint and waste management practices. Ensure compliance with the Climate Change (Northern Ireland) Order 2008.

Consequences:

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in corrective action or disciplinary measures, particularly in cases of negligence regarding environmental impacts on-site.
